Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products and industry hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through Lux Life Label.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible products within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• Hair must not be combed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, installed, worn, or otherwise altered.
• All original packaging, tags, ties, and security seals must remain intact.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase to ensure fast fulfillment.

For this reason:

• Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been submitted.
• Product changes, shipping address changes, and modifications cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to completing checkout.

STORE CREDIT

Approved store credit will be issued electronically and may be used toward future purchases on Lux Life Label. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT DELAYS

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lux Life Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in resolving carrier-related issues whenever possible.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact UPS directly and notify our support team. Lux Life Label will assist with carrier claims and investigations when applicable.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Lux Life Label reserves the right to review, verify, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or address discrepancies.
